1. What this application is
AI Affiliate Automation is a product-focused content and affiliate-marketing automation tool. It is operated with human review before publishing decisions. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use the Service or explicitly authorize a third-party integration.
These static legal pages do not themselves set cookies, run analytics, or load third-party trackers.
2. Information that may be processed
We do not claim to collect every category listed below at all times. Processing depends on what you supply, what you authorize, and which features are actually enabled.
Categories that may be processed include:
- account or operator identifiers you provide to use the Service;
- product, content, and workflow information you enter or upload;
- basic profile information from a third-party login if you explicitly authorize it;

3. TikTok Login and basic profile information
If you later choose to authorize a TikTok Login or similar TikTok authorization flow, the Service may receive basic profile information that TikTok provides for that authorization, such as an identifier and display name, subject to TikTok’s own policies and the scopes you approve.
This Policy does not claim that TikTok Login is currently enabled, that the Service has TikTok Shop Affiliate API access, that live TikTok publishing is enabled, or that the Service receives private TikTok commerce data. Any such access would require separate authorization and would be limited to what the platform actually grants.
AI Affiliate Automation is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with TikTok.
4. OAuth and access-token handling
If you authorize an OAuth or similar connection, access tokens and related credentials are used only to perform the authorized workflow. They are treated as secrets: they must not be placed in these public pages, source comments, or client-side JavaScript on these pages.
Tokens should be stored only in a controlled secret-management location, with least privilege, and revoked when no longer needed. Exact storage location and retention are not invented here because a production host for this Service has not been designated on these pages.
5. Content and media information
User-authorized workflows may process content you supply, such as product names, descriptions, images, scripts, or rendered media intended for human review. That information is processed to operate the workflow you requested, including quality checks and human approval steps. It is not published automatically by these legal pages or by an unverified live-publishing claim.
6. Purpose of processing
Information is processed only as needed to:
- operate the Service for an authorized user;
- perform a third-party integration the user has explicitly authorized;
- support human review, safety, and compliance checks;
- maintain security and prevent misuse;
- communicate about the Service when you contact us.
We do not sell personal information described in this Policy.
7. Data minimization
We aim to process only the information needed for the requested feature. Optional integrations should not run until you authorize them. Unverified commercial or platform data is not treated as confirmed personal or commercial fact merely because it appears in a draft.
8. Third-party services
If you authorize an integration, the relevant third party (for example, TikTok, if that connection is later enabled) will process information under its own privacy policy. Those services are independent. Enabling an integration is a user choice, not a claim that every possible platform feature is in use today.
These static pages do not load third-party scripts, fonts from a CDN, or advertising networks.
9. Data sharing
Information may be shared only:
- with a third-party platform you have explicitly authorized;
- with service providers who process data on our instructions, if such providers are later used to host or operate the Service;
- when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security;
- with your direction or consent.
We do not share information with TikTok unless you authorize a connection that requires it.
10. Data retention
Retention depends on the purpose of processing, legal obligations, and whether an integration remains authorized. This Policy does not invent a fixed number of days or years. When a production retention schedule is adopted, this Policy should be updated to describe it.
Tokens and similar credentials should not be kept longer than needed for the authorized connection.
11. Security
We take reasonable administrative and technical steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including treating API keys, access tokens, and client secrets as confidential. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You should not send secrets through public pages or unsecured channels.
12. User choices and revocation
You may decline to authorize an integration. If you have authorized a third-party login or connection, you may revoke it in that platform’s own security or connected-apps settings, and you may stop using the Service. After revocation, features that depended on the connection may stop working.
