Terms of Service
1. Service description
AI Affiliate Automation (“the Service”) is a product-focused content and affiliate-marketing automation tool. It is intended to help an authorized operator prepare, review, and manage affiliate-related content workflows.
The Service is designed for human-in-the-loop operation. AI-generated content is intended to be reviewed by a human before any publishing decision. These Terms do not grant automatic publication to any platform.
The Service may, if separately authorized by the operator, integrate with third-party platforms such as TikTok. Integration availability, scope, and permissions depend on those platforms and on explicit operator authorization. These Terms do not claim that any particular TikTok API, TikTok Shop Affiliate API, live publishing capability, or private commerce data access is currently enabled.
2. User responsibilities
If you use the Service, you are responsible for:
- providing accurate information when you choose to use the Service;
- keeping any credentials you control secure, and not sharing secrets;
- complying with applicable law, platform rules, and affiliate-network rules;
- reviewing AI-generated or drafted content before you publish or promote it;
- ensuring that product facts, prices, claims, and disclosures you publish are accurate.
3. Third-party platform integrations
The Service may connect to third-party platforms only when you explicitly authorize that connection. Third-party platforms (including, where applicable, TikTok) are independent services. They are not operated by AI Affiliate Automation, and they are not partners, sponsors, or endorsers of the Service unless they say so themselves.
Your use of a third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, and developer or creator rules. We do not control those rules, and we do not guarantee continued access to any third-party feature.
4. Content responsibility
You remain responsible for content you create, approve, upload, or publish using the Service, including captions, scripts, media, product descriptions, and claims. AI output is assistive. It may be incomplete or incorrect. Human review is required before publishing.
You must not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, misleading, infringing, or platform-prohibited content.
5. Affiliate marketing disclosure and responsibility
If you promote products or earn commissions, you are responsible for making required affiliate, advertising, and material-connection disclosures, and for complying with the relevant marketplace or network rules. The Service does not replace your legal or platform obligations.
Commercial information shown in operator tools or drafts may be incomplete, operator-supplied, or unverified. You must not treat unverified figures as confirmed live commercial facts.
6. Intellectual property
The Service’s software, documentation, and original materials belong to their respective owners. You retain rights in content you lawfully supply, subject to the licenses needed to operate the Service for you.
You must have the rights needed to use product images, trademarks, music, and other assets you provide. TikTok and other platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Prohibited misuse
You may not use the Service to:
- bypass human review or force unreviewed publication;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, or data;
- scrape, harvest, or disclose private credentials or tokens;
- misrepresent product identity, price, commission, or eligibility;
- claim a partnership or endorsement that does not exist;
- interfere with the Service or other users’ lawful use of platforms;
- violate applicable law or third-party terms.
8. Service availability and changes
The Service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable. Features may be added, limited, or removed. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that any draft, preview, or local workflow will remain available.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, that affiliate activity will produce commissions, or that third-party platforms will accept, display, or continue to support any content or integration.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost commissions, lost data, or business interruption, arising from use of the Service or from third-party platform decisions.
Platform enforcement actions, ranking changes, account restrictions, and commercial results are outside our control.
11. Suspension and termination
Access to the Service may be suspended or ended if these Terms are violated, if continued use would be unlawful or unsafe, or if the Service is discontinued. You may stop using the Service at any time. Third-party authorizations should be revoked in those platforms’ own settings when you no longer want a connection.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated. The effective date above will change when a revised version is published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
